Winsor Pilates is a very popular home fitness program developed by Mari Winsor, one of the fitness industry's most well-known Pilates instructors. Mari's program focuses on bodyweight-only exercises which stretch, strengthen, and tone all the muscles of the body, especially those of the 'core' - or abdominal & lower back - regions. As with most Pilates-based workouts, Winsor Pilates provides a great mind-body workout routine that can actually increase your energy levels over time. As a body-toning program, there's no doubt that Winsor Pilates is effective.
