Have you ever wondered what makes some people achieve amazing results in a short period of time? What causes a "normal" person to go from being overweight and sluggish to being fit, trim, and vibrantly healthy - sometimes within weeks?

Open any fitness magazine and you'll see tons of "before and after" photo sets - people who have completely transformed their bodies and dramatically improved the quality of their lives, often in less than 3 months.

What is the trigger that made these people wake up one morning and decide to finally do what it takes to lose weight? To eat well? To exercise regularly? To change their whole lifestyle?

More often than not the answer is simple: Anger. The vast majority of people who go from "normal" to "superachiever" do so quickly and aggressively because, basically, they got angry and fed up.

Fed up with wasting their lives being overweight. Fed up with feeling (and being) unhealthy. Fed up with having to avoid certain events and certain people. Fed up with feeling bad about themselves and, often, fed up with being fed up.

Anger can be an incredibly powerful motivator. When you get angry enough you can move mountains - or at least lose those 30 pounds of flab. The trick is to use anger to your advantage. Don't just get 'kinda mad' and then feel bad for yourself...

...get REALLY MAD and then do something about it!

Life is short. If you're not getting what you want out of it decide to change things TODAY.

At the very least, take out a pad and pencil and make a list of the things you hate about being overweight. Make sure you include anything and everything that might finally "flip the switch" in your brain to start making serious changes. Hang that list somewhere you'll see it often.

Who knows, 3 months from now your pictures might be in a fitness magazine.
