Losing weight really quickly isn’t actually that hard to do. It’s also not very complicated when it comes right down to it. The typical human body reacts in a certain way to every external stimulus, and if you give it only the right stimuli it will react the way you want it to: by burning off excess fat, building new muscle tissue, and getting sexy fast.
Lose Belly Fat Fast: The Best Way to Burn Abdominal Fat
Looking for a simple and healthy way to burn off your belly fat fast? It might sound crazy, but losing abdominal fat quickly really isn’t that hard to do… if you know how to turn your body into a 24/7 fat-burning machine. The simple diet and exercise tips outlined below can help you lose that stubborn ab fat in the fastest way possible.Skip the “Ab Workouts”
If you have a big layer of flab around your stomach, go ahead and skip the ab exercises for now. So many people lose SO much time doing crunches, sit-ups, leg raises, and other core muscle exercises because they think it’s the best way to lose belly fat fast.
That simply isn’t the way it works.
The human body isn’t designed to “spot reduce” — losing fat from just one area of your body isn’t possible without surgery. If you want to get rid of ugly belly fat — and get those sexy six-pack abs we all want — you have to burn off fat from your entire body. So please don’t waste your time doing hours of ab workouts at the gym and definitely don’t waste your money on any abdominal workout machine/gadget until you’ve reduced your overall bodyfat level!
Don’t Starve or Pop Diet Pills
You don’t have to starve yourself or do any form of drastic calorie reduction in order to lose belly fat rapidly. Yes you can lose a few pounds quickly by cutting major calories, but most of it will be “water weight” (aka muscle glycogen depletion) and not real fat loss. You’ll also risk slowing down your metabolism and gaining back even more weight than you started with!
Skip the diet pills and fat burners as well. There are some good supplements on the market but, unfortunately, they have yet to develop one that will burn off your tummy fat by itself. The majority of pills and supplements sold as “metabolism boosters” and “fat burners” really don’t offer a lot of weight loss benefits, especially when compared to how much they cost and the potential health risks involved in taking them.

The Simplest Way to Lose Fat Fast
When it comes to losing fat, most people over-complicate the process. It’s possible to burn fat and lose several pounds very quickly — but also in a relatively healthy way — without resorting to complicated diets or crazy workout regimens. Here an example of one of the simplest methods for losing fat fast…
1. Cut Out All Low-Quality “Bad” Carbs
This one step alone will allow you to lose a surprising amount of body fat quickly, safely, and efficiently. Just cut out all the low-quality carbohydrate foods and ingredients that spike blood sugar levels, increase insulin production, and cause your body to store more calories as fat. The worst of the “bad” carbs include: refined sugars, refined “white” flours, and most highly-processed carb foods.
Why are Americans So Fat?
Let’s face it: we Americans have a serious weight problem. In fact, obesity rates in the US have skyrocketed over the past 20 years. Right now, over a quarter of the US population is obese and a whopping 64% is overweight… and the numbers are rising rapidly.
That is literally insane!
But what is it that is making Americans so incredibly fat? To us, the answer seems obvious: simple sugars, refined grains, junk foods, and too little exercise. Surely there are other factors at play but those things are probably responsible for at least 90% of the problem.
The Basics of FANTASTIC Fitness
Want to lose weight, gain muscle, enjoy great health, live longer, and look great? Then just stick to these “basics” of fantastic fitness:
1. Eat a clean diet based around natural, unprocessed foods — meats, vegetables, fruits, beans, legumes, nuts, seeds, and small amounts of starch. Avoid all refined sugars and flours as well as most refined fats/oils.
2. Eat enough to support high energy levels and lean muscle growth, but not so much that body fat levels increase.
3. Do strength training on a regular basis. Use both weights and bodyweight exercises. Focus on “big” lifts that work lots of muscle at once: squats, deadlifts, pull-ups, dips, push-ups, presses, etc.
