I totally agree- having an unrealistic weight-loss goal is just asking for frustration and will lead people to quit trying to lose weight. Starting-off with trying to lose a few pounds is the best way to "get the ball rolling" as they say and provide motivation. My question is though, what's the best way for someone who has no workout experience and works 9-5 (including Saturday) to incorporate regular exercise into their lives?
