At first your suggestions may sound overwhelming, but once you're in the routine of things, it all becomes so much fun!

I dedicate my sundays to prepping my lean protein, veggies and burnt pot of rice for the week. Brown rice ofcourse!

Great tips... planning out food is probably the most challenging but the most helpful in the long run! i pack a lunch box that will get me through the whole day and tell clients to do the same... that way there is no risk of stopping by the snack machine or fast food joint.

The biggest one in there is the not doing it along point... It's so much easier to stay motivated when you know that there is someone that will push you or that will make you want to push yourself.

I've also heard a lot of great success stories with using an exercise vest. I don't know where I bought mine originally, but if you do a google search for exercise vest, some should come up. I found a website called http://www.hyperwear.com that sells them for a good price. - Becky

I would recommend getting a journal to track your diet and your exercise, a great one that my new start-up company designed is the Fitbook. Great Post! I think that finding people with the same weight loss goals is very important. Exercising with people who don't share the same weight loss goals may lead you to skip sessions or give up on fitness all together.

I really like number 2. Personally, I have *never* seen any overweight person make a *considerable* body transformation with typical steady state cardio!

Circuits and HIIT are the keys to fast effective fat loss.

Take HIIT for example, I have seen people lose 4% bodyfat in 6 weeks (12 to 8 -- that's hard to do!) simply by doing 3 HIIT workouts per week. This individual already had a good diet, but no other changes were made. That's pretty incredible!

Everyone listen to Craig, throw out the boring cardio! It's less effective!
