I'll take the bike. It would make a perfect addition to my diet and exercise plan.
I think you mean 6 best fitness gifts of the new year: The Gamebreakers PRO POWER SUIT! Its a weighted workout suit that really works. It has ten pockets with one to three weights in it, each weight is one lb. My fiance and I are getting ready for the big day. So when he found the PRO POWER SUIT he knew it was the perfect christmas gift. It hasnt even been a month and I feel the difference. Their website said I could wear it to work and I have been! I feels so comfortable under my clothes most people dont even notice it on me. Since I have started my posture is better and I have more endurance and stamina thru out the day. I love it! I know I'm going to be looking lean and healthy at my big day now that I have my secret weapon.
I think that your fitness gifts are a good starting point, However some of the equipment are a little expensive. There are more cost effective ways of receiving the same results.

I couldn't tell at first if that iGallop was serious or not. Can this really be a better exercise than the hundreds of bodyweight exercises you can do to isolate the core?
You can make an incredibly demanding core workout with no equipment at all, so I wonder about the benefits of this machine. And when I say demanding, I mean to everyone on the face of this planet, regardless of strength or size.
Much Love,
Chris
