Yet, for some reason, I can’t seem to loose the weight.. I’m 29, 6 foot and weigh 245 LB, I do an hour of cardio, and an hour of weight lifting everyday with one day rest.. My caloric intake is something around 1000 calories per day.. but I still can’t seem to brush off the extra weight.. it’s frustrating really, I’ve been doing this for 6 months easy.. thanks for the tips.. I enjoy them soooo much..
